Please note that we will have a temporary pause in order fulfillment:

  • Orders placed starting April 1, 2026 will not be processed immediately and will be shipped in mid-April once operations resume.

  • During this time, processing and handling times will be longer than usual.

  • You will still receive an order confirmation after placing your order, and tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Please note that once your order has been shipped, the actual shipping time remains consistent with our standard shipping estimates (see below).

We encourage you to continue placing your orders to secure your preferred size or item before it goes out of stock.

If you are shopping for a specific event or date, we kindly recommend planning ahead and keeping this adjusted timeframe in mind.


Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

Free Shipping (U.S. Only)
We’re happy to offer free shipping within the continental U.S. for a limited time.

  • Standard (USPS First Class): 3–5 business days

  • Expedited (USPS Priority): 2–3 business days

(Shipping times do not include processing and handling time.)


International Shipping

  • USPS First Class International: 4–21 business days

  • USPS Priority International: 3–7 business days

Please note: Hijabglamour is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes incurred on international orders.


Processing & Handling Time

  • U.S. Orders: 3–5 business days

  • International Orders: 5–7 business days

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.


Important Shipping Information

  • Hijabglamour is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or other carriers.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs, natural occurrences, or transportation disruptions.

  • Packages may be transferred to local carriers for final delivery in international destinations.

  • Any additional fees, customs charges, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Packages that are undeliverable and returned to us will be processed once received.


International Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and will be collected by your local customs office if applicable.

If you choose not to pay import duties and reject the parcel, please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will not be refunded for the cost of shipping.

Hijabglamour is not responsible for delivery delays due to customs clearance, local postal services, weather conditions, or transportation disruptions.

Packages returned to us by USPS or international shipping partners due to failed delivery will be canceled and refunded excluding shipping fees once they are received and processed.
