Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?

A: We are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

Q: Is there a delay during busy periods?  

A: Often during Sales and Eid, your order might be delayed however we will endeavor to get all orders out as soon as possible. 

Q: How do I know my order has been dispatched?  


A: Once we send out your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number.  You can then proceed to track your order.  

Q: Can I use multiple promo codes? 

A: Only one promotional code or discount can be applied per order.
