Nothing is more important to us than your complete satisfaction. If you’re not happy with a purchase for any reason, simply contact customer support and we’ll take care of you.
What can be returned?
- All full priced items (except for Hijabs/Turbans/Underscarves) purchased from Hijab Glamour can be returned or exchanged.
- Only unworn products in their original condition may be returned. All tags must still be attached.
- SALE items cannot be refunded but may be returned for an exchange or credit note.
*All Hijabs & Underscarves cannot be refunded or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
When do items need to be returned by?
- You are able to return any items within 7 days after you recieve your item(s). This period excludes shipping transit time.
- We do not offer free returns which means that we are not responsible for return shipping. To return your merchandise using your own trackable and insured shipping method, mail the item to be returned inside the original plastic packaging along with the packing slip to the address we provide. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process a refund/exchange in accordance with this policy.
- Hijab Glamour is NOT responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.
- All refunds can only be made to the same payment method as the original purchase. For example, if purchase was made via credit card the refund must be made on the same card.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
- It will take about 3-5 business days to process your refund, depending on your bank.
