Thank you for choosing Hijabglamour. Your support truly means so much to us. We want to keep you informed about a temporary adjustment to our return and exchange process during an upcoming pause in operations. Please take a moment to carefully review the details below:
Temporary Hold on Returns & Exchanges
Please note that we will have a temporary pause in processing returns and exchanges during this time. Any returns delivered during this period will be safely held and processed once operations resume.
Final Exchanges Before Pause
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please note that all final exchanges will be shipped out by Friday, March 27, 2026.

Returns must be received by March 27, 2026 in order for your exchange to be processed before the pause.

Any exchanges will not be processed after this date until we resume operations.
Extended Return & Exchange Window
We understand the importance of flexibility and want to ensure fairness to our customers during this time.

The return/exchange window will be extended for all orders delivered during the pause.

You will have the opportunity to initiate your return or exchange once operations resume, without being affected by the standard 7-day deadline.
Please note that our usual return policy is 7 days from the date of delivery. This extension is only applicable during this temporary period.
Order Fulfillment During This Time
Orders are still open and available to place.

Orders placed starting April 1, 2026 will be shipped in mid-April once operations resume.

We encourage you to continue placing your orders to secure your preferred size or item before it goes out of stock.
Eligibility

All full-priced items (excluding Hijabs, Turbans, and Underscarves) are eligible for return.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

SALE or DISCOUNTED items are eligible for exchange or store credit only (including items purchased with promo codes).

Hijabs and underscarves are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

Items must be returned in the original packaging with the packing slip included.
